Drees & Sommer España is seeking an IT Change Manager to join our Enterprise Service Management team in Málaga. You will help ensure that changes to IT services, systems and infrastructure are implemented transparently, with appropriate risk assessments and approvals.

Formación

• Experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, IT Change Management or IT Process Management with responsibility for a central ITSM process.
• ITIL certification and knowledge of ISO 27001/ISMS or audit requirements are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Change Management / Change Enablement and its relationships with Incident, Problem and Configuration Management.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with structured decision preparation and to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a structured, independent working style and pragmatic approach to governance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and continuously improve the Change Enablement process.
• Support Change Owners in planning, assessing and implementing changes.
• Review Change Records for completeness, risks, impact, testing, rollback planning and approvals.
• Coordinate and facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Create transparency around upcoming changes and maintain the Change Calendar.
• Identify conflicts, dependencies and risks early and coordinate standard, normal and emergency changes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to establish standard changes for recurring low‑risk activities.
• Coordinate Post Implementation Reviews and derive improvement actions.
• Analyze metrics and improve Change Reporting; support governance and audit readiness.
• Provide guidelines and templates for IT teams and work with ITSM and ESM functions.
