Drees & Sommer SE is seeking an IT Change Manager to lead our Change Enablement within the Enterprise Service Management team. You will ensure changes to IT services, systems and infrastructure are implemented in a transparent, risk-aware, controlled way.

You will enable safe, efficient and pragmatic change, collaborating with IT Operations, governance, and multiple ITSM functions while supporting compliance requirements. A hybrid work setup is available.

Formación

• Experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, IT Change Management or IT Process Management.
• ITIL certification and ISO 27001 / ISMS knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of Change Management / Change Enablement and the relationships with Incident, Problem and Configuration Management.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and prepare decisions in a structured way.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working.
• Pragmatic approach to processes, governance and standards.
• Confident and professional communication with different interests and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and continuously improve the Change Enablement process.
• Support Change Owners in planning, assessing and implementing changes.
• Review Change Records for completeness, risks, impact, testing, rollback planning and approvals.
• Coordinate and facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Create transparency around upcoming changes and maintain the Change Calendar with relevant teams.
• Identify potential conflicts, dependencies and risks between planned changes early.
• Coordinate Standard, Normal and Emergency Changes according to their requirements.
• Work with IT teams to establish Standard Changes for recurring, low-risk activities.
• Coordinate Post Implementation Reviews and derive improvement actions.
• Analyze relevant metrics and continuously improve Change Reporting.
• Support governance, ISO 27001 and audit requirements.
• Create guidelines and templates and help IT teams apply the Change process pragmatically.
• Work closely with IT Operations, Service Owners, System Owners, Incident Management, Configuration Management, Cyber Security and other ITSM/ESM functions.
