Drees & Sommer SE in Málaga seeks an IT Change Manager / Change Enablement Manager to join our Enterprise Service Management team. You will drive transparent, risk-aware changes to IT services, systems and infrastructure.

You will coordinate CAB meetings, review Change Records, and work with IT Operations, Cyber Security and Incident Management to ensure compliant, efficient change execution and post-implementation learning.

Formación

• Experience in IT Service Management and IT Change Management.
• Understanding of Change Enablement and governance.
• Experience coordinating meetings and stakeholders across IT teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and continuously improve the Change Enablement process.
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and ensure proper approvals.
• Review Change Records for risks, impact, testing and rollback plans.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Security and Incident Management to ensure compliant changes.
• Support ISO 27001 and audit requirements through governance and templates.
