Hiring in Málaga is seeking a Service Transition Manager to drive seamless change across IT services. You’ll coordinate end-to-end transitions from project ownership through BAU support, ensuring minimal business disruption and strong governance.

Formación

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Service Transition Manager in a large, multi-client organisation.
Minimum 2 years’ experience with ITIL Service Management principles and processes.
In-depth understanding of ITIL Service Transition and best practices, preferably ITIL certified.
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate across regions and cultures.
Strong analysis, problem-solving, and workload planning to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

Establish, document, and communicate the Service Transition process and strategy across the organisation.
Conduct yearly process reviews, gather feedback, and implement improvements as needed.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to colleagues involved in Transition activities.
Collaborate with the wider Service Delivery Team to raise Change Requests and document known errors.
Maintain relationships with business stakeholders and align Transition activities with objectives.
Create a central repository for documents, decisions, and progress of transition activities.
Develop transition plans with timelines, resources, and environments; review SOPs and training plans.
Identify, assess, and communicate risks; prepare mitigation strategies for accepted risks.
