Drees & Sommer SE is seeking a Specialist IT Endpoint Management to join our IT team in Málaga. You will provide advanced technical support to internal users globally while contributing to system administration and network operations to ensure stable and secure IT services.

You will shape endpoint standards, roadmaps, and security/compliance implementations in a diverse, interdisciplinary team, with opportunities to influence global IT strategies and digital workplace resilience.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Operations, or advanced IT Support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.
• Knowledge of software packaging and application deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance concepts.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A high level of English (C1) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Endpoint Architecture & Strategy: Develop secure endpoint architectures with governance models.
• Endpoint Operations & Management: Provide Level 2/3 support and manage incidents lifecycle.
• Software Deployment & Continuous Improvement: Oversee packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of applications.
• Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain technical docs and procedures.
