Mercier Consultancy Group seeks an Icelandic-speaking Customer Support professional to join on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will handle multilingual customer interactions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain CRM records with precision.

Applicants should have fluent Icelandic, strong English, and a willingness to relocate with a fully funded package. Prior customer support experience is valued, and the role offers extensive onboarding, training, and a dynamic, international team environment.

Formación

• Fluent Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential.
• EU passport holders only.
• Solid English communication skills (B2 or higher).
• Previous customer support or client-facing experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality Icelandic-speaking support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve queries and issues following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex cases and improve service.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction and response times.
• Engage in training to keep product knowledge up to date.
