Ventós Group, headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, is expanding its Sales team and seeks a Sales Assistant with 2–3 years in administration and excellent customer service. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing quotations and orders, coordinating with Purchasing, and supporting export documentation.

Formación

• 2–3 years in the administrative area with excellent customer service skills.
• Higher education in economics (ADE, Business Administration) or chemistry is considered.
• High level of English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in sales and set up new customer accounts.
• Process quotations and sales orders; keep customers informed on order status.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Generate export documentation and liaise with HQ for export info.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with proactive follow-up.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments.
