Mackinnon Bruce International in Murcia is seeking a Customer Service and Import-Export Specialist to join our Customer Service team. Your primary focus will be managing and coordinating commercial administration tasks to support our sales team, with a specific emphasis on customers in the Middle East market.

This is a permanent, full-time, fully onsite position based at our Murcia HQ. The role requires fluent Spanish and Arabic, with English preferred to support the team and international

Formación

• Fluent Spanish speaker at native or near-native level.
• Fluent Arabic speaker essential for Middle East focus.
• Professional English preferred; background in customer service, import/export, logistics, or commercial administration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Tracking orders and communicating incidents to meet deadlines with customers.
• Resolving complaints and requests related to customer orders and their delivery.
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including assistance during customer visits.
• Receiving visit reports and managing actions agreed with customers.
• Creating and monitoring project sheets and briefing sheets.
• Receiving and managing customer orders through to manufacturing handoff.
• Preparing and maintaining customer files, including documentation relating to legal compliance.

The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service and Import-Export Specialist to join our Customer Service team. Your primary focus will be managing and coordinating commercial administration tasks to support our sales team, with a specific emphasis on customers in the Middle East market.

This is a permanent, full-time, fully onsite position based at our Murcia HQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Tracking orders and communicating incidents to meet deadlines agreed with customers
• Resolving complaints and requests related to customer orders and their delivery
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including assistance during customer visits
• Receiving visit reports and managing actions agreed with customers
• Creating and monitoring project sheets and briefing sheets
• Receiving and managing customer orders through to manufacturing handoff
• Preparing and maintaining customer files, including documentation relating to legal compliance

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent Spanish speaker, native or near-native level
• Fluent Arabic speaker, essential for this role due to the Middle East customer focus
• Professional level English strongly preferred
• Background in customer service, import/export, logistics, or commercial administration
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Murcia, 5 days per week
