Ventós Group seeks a Purchasing Assistant to reinforce our Purchases and Imports team. You will manage EU purchase orders, handle import documentation, and keep order data up to date in internal systems.

English proficiency and strong organizational skills are required. Prior experience in logistics, purchasing or imports is valued. We offer remote options (1 day on-site and 2 afternoons per week), health insurance, and training opportunities.

Formación

• Languages: High level of English.
• Good organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Pass and follow up orders for EU purchases and imports.
• Manage purchasing and import documentation.
• Update internal databases with order details.
• Coordinate and manage purchases from subsidiaries.
• DAP management.
• Management of supplier files.
• Incident management with suppliers.
