Indra Group is seeking a Contract Manager to lead contract management for national and international space, defence, and related programmes. You will support legal analysis, manage risks, and ensure compliance while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across Madrid and international sites.

• Law degree is required for the role.
• Minimum of 4 years of contract management experience in international environments.
• Proven track record in complex programmes within space or defence sectors.
• Experience with regulatory compliance across Spanish, EU, and international frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Support Legal teams in contract analysis: obligations, milestones, penalties, and compliance.
• Ensure programme execution aligns with contractual terms and conditions.
• Maintain updated contract status with traceability to planning and execution.
• Identify and elevate contractual deviations and risks early.
• Support tender processes, negotiations, and business opportunities within procedures.
• Assist Programme Managers in drafting, negotiation, risk mitigation, and decisions.
• Manage changes to scope, cost, and schedule with proper coverage.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support programme execution.
