Indra Space in Málaga is seeking a Senior Space Systems Engineer to guide mission-level systems engineering across the full lifecycle from Phase 0 to E. You will define CONOPS, coordinate Space and Ground Segment teams, and support customer negotiations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on spacecraft systems knowledge, English fluency, and experience with requirements flow-down, risk management, and tools like DOORS or Capella.

Formación

• Define mission CONOPS coordinating Space and Ground segments.
• Lead mission-level systems engineering activities.
• Capture and flow down mission requirements.
• Experience across lifecycle phases 0 to E.
• Fluency in English.
• Background in radio communications or SIGINT.
• Experience with DOORS, Capella or EA.

Responsabilidades

• Define mission CONOPS coordinating Space and Ground Segment teams.
• Support technical negotiations with customers, including requirement capture.
• Define and maintain the mission technical schedule.
• Capture, analyze and maintain mission-level requirements and flow them down into system specs.
• Define functional chains across mission segments and ensure end-to-end coherence.
• Identify, assess and maintain the mission technical risk matrix.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliverables in English.
• Lead functional analyses and trade-offs to optimize system performance.
