Indra Group is seeking a Contract Manager to lead contract management for national and international space, defence, and related programmes. You will support legal analysis, manage risks, and ensure compliance while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across Madrid and international sites.

• Assist Programme Managers in drafting, negotiation, risk mitigation, and decisions.
• Manage changes to scope, cost, and schedule with proper coverage.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support programme execution.

We are looking for a Contract Manager with experience in contract management within international environments, supporting complex programmes in the space, defence, industrial, or related sectors to join projects focused on the contractual management and execution of national and international space programmes, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and support to programme management teams.

What will you do?

• Support Legal teams in the analysis of contracts, including obligations, milestones, penalties, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure programme execution aligns with contractual terms and conditions.
• Maintain an updated contractual status and ensure full traceability between contract requirements, planning, and execution.
• Identify, manage, and elevate contractual deviations and risks at an early stage.
• Support tender processes, negotiations, and business opportunities while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and procurement regulations.
• Support Programme Managers in contract drafting, negotiation, risk mitigation, claims management, and contractual decision-making.
• Manage contractual changes related to scope, cost, and schedule, ensuring appropriate contractual coverage and compliance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary and multinational teams, including engineering and technical profiles, to support programme execution.

• Law Degree is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management within an international environment or a similar role.
• Proven experience in complex programmes within the space, defence, industrial, or related sectors.
• Strong expertise in contractual analysis, risk identification, mitigation, and regulatory compliance within Spanish, EU, and international frameworks.
• Experience in contract negotiation, commercial agreements, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work autonomously in multidisciplinary and multinational environments, collaborating effectively with technical and engineering teams.
