Indra Space in Madrid is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the full contractual lifecycle of complex space programmes, ensuring alignment between execution and contractual terms. You will support the Legal team in contract analysis, identify obligations, milestones, deliverables, and risks.

The role requires a Law degree, at least four years in contract management within international environments, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. A hybrid Madrid work model is offered.

Formación

  • Law degree required.
  • Minimum 4 years of contract management experience in an international environment.
  • Proven experience with complex programmes in defence, space, or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of contractual processes, risk management and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary international teams.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the full contractual lifecycle of complex space programmes, ensuring alignment between execution and contractual terms.
  • Support the Legal team in contract analysis, identifying obligations, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
  • Ensure contractual traceability across programme planning, subcontracting, and execution.
  • Monitor contractual status and detect deviations early, proposing mitigation actions.
  • Provide contractual support for tenders and business opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support Programme Managers in negotiations, contract drafting, and decision-making from a contractual and risk perspective.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement) and international partners.
  • Manage contract amendments, scope changes, extensions, and pricing and schedule adjustments.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage contractual risks, including delays, dependencies, and claims.
  • Support preparation and management of claims and negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory aspects such as export control or cybersecurity.
  • Maintain contractual documentation and capture lessons learned across programmes.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?
