Indra Group in Spain is seeking a Contract Manager to lead contractual management for national and international space, defense, and industrial programs. You will work with Legal, engineering, and programme teams to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation.

The role involves contract analysis, drafting, negotiations, changes, and ensuring traceability between requirements and execution, in a multidisciplinary, multinational environment.

Formación

  • Law degree is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management within an international environment or similar role.
  • Proven experience in complex programmes within space, defence, industrial, or related sectors.
  • Strong expertise in contractual analysis, risk identification, mitigation, and regulatory compliance within Spanish, EU, and international frameworks.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, commercial agreements, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work autonomously in multidisciplinary and multinational environments, collaborating effectively with technical and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Support Legal teams in analysis of contracts, obligations, milestones, penalties, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure programme execution aligns with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Maintain an updated contractual status and ensure traceability between contract requirements, planning, and execution.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate contractual deviations and risks at an early stage.
  • Support tender processes, negotiations, and business opportunities while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and procurement regulations.
  • Support Programme Managers in contract drafting, negotiation, risk mitigation, claims management, and contractual decision-making.
  • Manage contractual changes related to scope, cost, and schedule, ensuring appropriate contractual coverage and compliance.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary and multinational teams to support programme execution.

We are looking for a Contract Manager with experience in contract management within international environments, supporting complex programmes in the space, defence, industrial, or related sectors to join projects focused on the contractual management and execution of national and international space programmes, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and support to programme management teams.

What will you do?
  • Support Legal teams in the analysis of contracts, including obligations, milestones, penalties, and compliance requirements.

  • Law Degree is required.
