Indra Group in Spain is seeking a Systems Engineering Lead to guide complex aerospace projects, ensuring systems engineering across conception, specification, and design while defining verification and validation strategies in compliance with DAL, DO-178C, and DO-254.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with European partners, and produce progress reports for the European Commission, shaping safety-critical hardware/software architectures.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex technical projects.
• Strong experience in systems engineering, particularly in conception, specification, and design phases.
• Experience defining verification and validation strategies, analysing test results, and reporting outcomes.
• Knowledge of aeronautical standards and regulations such as Design Assurance Level - DAL (mandatory), DO-178C, DO-254, and safety-related compliance activities.
• Experience with requirements management and MBSE tools, including DOORS, JIRA, Capella, Enterprise Architect, or similar.

We are looking for a Systems Engineering Lead with experience in leading complex technical projects, systems engineering, verification and validation activities, safety-critical hardware/software architectures, and aerospace standards compliance to join projects focused on the specification, design, verification, and certification of advanced aerospace and space systems. Experties in Design Assurance Levels (DAL) is a must.
