Flourish is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative in Madrid to drive new opportunities and join a high-performing sales team. The role offers a €40,000 base salary plus €15,000 OTE, with exposure to international markets and a fast-paced sales environment.

You will research target accounts, reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Fluent English is required, with additional languages advantageous.

Formación
