Flourish in Madrid, Spain is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities and become a key part of a high-performing sales team. The role offers €40,000 base salary plus €15,000 OTE and a clear path to growth.

You'll research target accounts, engage stakeholders, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for Account Executives, contributing to a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research target accounts and identify key decision makers.
• Generate new business opportunities through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify prospective customers and understand business challenges.
