Flourish in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking Business Development Representative to engage with French-speaking markets, qualify prospects, and book meetings for Account Executives. You will research companies, identify decision makers, and collaborate with Marketing to drive pipeline across Europe.

Flourish offers a €40,000 base salary plus €15,000 OTE, with opportunities to progress toward Account Executive roles in an international, coaching-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with businesses across French-speaking markets
• Research companies and identify key decision makers
• Generate new opportunities using phone, email and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives
• Understand business challenges and position relevant solutions
• Work alongside Marketing and Sales to grow pipeline
• Develop world-class sales, communication and prospecting skills
