Flourish in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking Business Development Representative to join our European team. You will research prospects, reach out across French-speaking markets, and qualify opportunities to support Account Executives.

This role offers €40,000 base plus €15,000 OTE, career progression, and an international environment. Fluent French and English are required, along with strong communication, resilience, and curiosity.

• Work alongside Marketing and Sales to grow pipeline.
• Develop world-class sales, communication and prospecting skills.
