BrandHero is seeking an Internal Recruiter to lead the hiring strategy and build a world-class people function as we scale internationally. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer to own recruitment for key roles and contribute on strategic projects to attract top talent in a fast-paced startup environment.
The role offers hands-on experience in a heavily backed startup, with opportunities to influence hiring processes and broaden the team globally.
Location: Madrid, Spain
We are offering the chance for someone to join BrandHero at an early stage and play a pivotal role in helping drive the growth of the business forward as a Internal Recruiter.
Working closely with our Chief People Officer, this person will have the opportunity to build a world class people function. You will have the chance to own the hiring strategy for a number of key hires to bring in the brightest talent in the world to BrandHero, and help us expand internationally.
Currently, we are 45 people and we have aspirations to be a 200 person business by the end of 2022 and nearly 500 people by the end of 2023. You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting, and different projects, all whilst working in a fun, fast paced and dynamic environment. You´ll also work on strategic projects to improve and innovate on how we attract and recruit the best professionals. You will thrive in an ambiguous environment, love start-up culture and adapt to the changing needs of the business as we scale.
