Manychat, a leading chat marketing platform, is hiring an Employee Experience Partner to own the day-to-day employee experience across Spain, including our Barcelona office and remote staff. You will partner with People Ops, manage onboarding and events, and handle workplace operations while shaping how employees feel about Manychat from day one.

• There is no single background required; enthusiasm and hands-on approach matter most.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary point of contact for employee experience in Spain.
• Collaborate with People Ops to streamline onboarding and the overall experience.
• Own the welcome experience from preboarding to day-one touches.
• Plan and support internal events, team gatherings, and local community activities.
• Identify gaps in the employee journey and drive practical improvements.
• Coordinate with the Employee Experience Program Manager to align with company programs.
• Run Barcelona office day-to-day operations, facilities, and vendor management.
• Support team offsites and corporate events with logistics coordination.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an Employee Experience Partner to own the day to day employee experience across Spain.

Your scope includes our Barcelona office, remote employees in Spain, onboarding experience, internal events, workplace operations, and the practical moments that shape how employees experience Manychat.

We care less about your previous title and more about how you operate. You bring great energy, ownership, strong judgment, and a service mindset to make Manychatters feel excited about coming in the office. You're comfortable figuring things out without a detailed playbook, and you're always looking for ways to make things better as you go.

Employee Experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be the primary point of contact for employee experience in Spain, supporting local team members, remote employees, and office visitors.
• Team up with the People Ops Partner to make onboarding and the overall employee experience feel seamless.
• Own the welcome experience from start to finish, think preboarding info, welcome packs, and those local touches that make people feel at home on day one.
• Plan and support internal events, team gatherings, and local community activities.
• Identify gaps across the employee journey and turn them into practical improvements.
• Partner with the Employee Experience Program Manager to keep local execution aligned with company-wide programs.

Workplace Operations

• Run the day-to-day experience of our Barcelona office, including facilities, vendor management, workplace services, and employee requests.
• Support team offsites and business events with workplace and logistics coordination.
• Streamline vendor management, automate repetitive work, and cut unnecessary coordination.

• Workplace operations run smoothly without constant intervention.
• Onboarding feels connected from Talent Acquisition through the People team.
• Events and employee moments are intentional and well run.

• Operations become simpler and more efficient over time.

What You'll Bring

There is no single background required for this role.

Ideally you come from Employee Experience, Workplace, hospitality, coworking, operations, project management, customer experience, or a similar environment.

Experience with workplace operations, employee experience programs, project management, or fast changing international companies is a plus, not a requirement.
