Prime Group is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to join our Madrid Talent Acquisition team. You will own the early stages of the recruitment process, including CV screening, phone screenings, and first-round interviews for engineering profiles, then hand qualified candidates over to our Business Managers for final stages.

• At least 1 year of experience as an Engineering Recruiter (agency or in-house).
• Strong CV screening and interviewing skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment CRMs/ATS.
• Fluent Spanish and good English.
• Motivated to grow into a senior, more strategic role over time.

About the role

We're looking for an Engineering Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Madrid. You'll own the early stages of the recruitment process, CV screening, phone screenings, and first-round interviews for engineering profiles, then hand qualified candidates over to our Business Managers for the final stages.

This is a role with real growth potential: as you build track record, you'll take on more responsibility, eventually stepping into a senior recruiter position with ownership of KPI monitoring, process improvement, performance measurement, and input into business decisions.

What you'll do

• Manage the full early-stage recruitment funnel for engineering roles: CV screening, phone screens, and first-round interviews
• Assess technical and cultural fit before handing candidates to Business Managers
• Keep candidate pipelines and CRM data accurate and up to date
• Build sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering profiles
• As you grow into the role: monitor recruitment KPIs, propose and implement process improvements, and support hiring decisions with data

What we're looking for

• Strong CV screening and interviewing skills
• Comfortable working with recruitment CRMs/ATS
