Nippon Gases is seeking an Internal Communications Intern for the Early Talents Program based in Madrid, reporting to the European Internal Communications Manager. You will support the European Internal Communications Team to craft engaging content across channels and events.

The role focuses on content creation, translation support, and event promotion, with opportunities to develop in a global gas solutions company. This is an internship within a dynamic European team.

Formación

  • Pursuing or recent degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, Design or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English (C1+); other European languages are a plus.
  • Creative with storytelling and content creation; strong eye for design and UX.

Responsabilidades

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging internal content across intranet, newsletters, digital screens, and social collaboration platforms.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and prepare reports evaluating effectiveness and identifying improvements.
  • Design and develop communication materials: presentations, articles, visuals, videos for internal events and campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting town halls, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate events.
  • Support production of multimedia content including video recordings, interviews, photography, and basic editing.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance employee experience and internal communication practices.
  • Support translation and localisation to reach employees across countries and cultures.

Internal Communications Intern - Early Talents Program

Job description

The Internal Communications Intern will be based inMadrid, European Headquarters, and will be part of the European Communications team, reporting to the European Internal Communications Manager.

Main Responsibilities

The selected intern will support the EuropeanInternal Communications Team , helping the team drive effective, engaging andimpactful communication across an international organisation. Responsibilitiesinclude:

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content across a variety of internal communication channels, including the intranet, newsletters, digital screens, and social collaboration platforms.
  • Monitor communication performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design and develop communication materials, including presentations, articles, visual assets, videos, and promotional content for internal events and campaigns.
  • Assist in organising and promoting town halls, employee engagement initiatives, and other corporate events.
  • Support the production of multimedia content, including video recordings, interviews, photography, and basic editing.
  • Contribute ideas and fresh perspectives to enhance the employee experience and improve internal communication practices.
  • Support translation and localisation activities to ensure communications reach employees across different countries and cultures.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Design, a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or above). Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and content creation.
  • Strong visual awareness and an interest in graphic design and branding.
  • An eye for detail and an appreciation for good design, layout, and user experience.

No prior professional experience required, althoughacademic projects or internships in analytics or data‑related roles will bevalued.
