TheFork is seeking an Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist to join our Barcelona team. You will ensure reliable internal communications channels and coordinate HR and L&D initiatives, acting as a key enabler for stability and execution across the People & Culture group.

Your remit includes L&D operations logistics, event management, post-event follow-up, intranet updates, newsletters, and employer branding across LinkedIn.

Competenze

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Experience with HR/L&D operations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Logistics and event execution for leadership and L&D initiatives.
• Publish on-demand communications (Slack posts, emails) within 2 working days.
• Post-event surveys, polls, recordings shared within 2 days.
• Maintain HR intranet/Notion pages with latest program info.
• Administrative support: attendance tracking for People-led sessions.
• Manage internal communications rhythm and channels.
• Drive monthly All Hands planning and follow-up.
• Complete pre-event checklists before webinars (48h).
• Deliver monthly company newsletter on time.
• Champion employer branding via weekly LinkedIn posts.
• Monitor feedback and engagement to propose improvements.
