Job summary

LHH Spain is seeking an Onboarding Specialist & Delivery Assistant to drive candidate engagement and support delivery activities across the DACH & BNP cluster. The role combines engagement with operational delivery, reporting to senior engagement and delivery leaders.

The position requires fluent English, HR/service/consulting background, and experience in outbound calling. It offers a hybrid work model in Spain and opportunities for growth within the global HR leader.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engagement: describe and present services to candidates and conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Delivery: coordinate office operations, meetings, logistics, and support for employees, consultants, and clients.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop engagement strategies and monitor engagement trends.
• Assist in training new engagement specialists and forecast workload for management.
