TheFork is seeking an Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist to join our Barcelona team. You will support People operations, ensuring reliable internal communications and smooth delivery of HR and L&D initiatives across multiple offices in Europe.

You will manage event logistics, on-demand communications, and knowledge management while driving engaging content for our employee audience. This role blends operational execution with strategic communication in a fast-paced, diverse

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications and executive communications.
• HR/L&D operations experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage logistics for leadership and L&D initiatives, including events and webinars.
• Execute on-demand communications (Slack posts, emails) within 2 working days.
• Ensure post-event surveys, recordings and materials are uploaded within 2 working days.
• Maintain HR intranet/Notion pages with latest program information and templates.
• Provide administrative support with attendance tracking for People-led sessions.
• Create and distribute internal communications with a reliable rhythm for core rituals.
• Coordinate monthly All Hands, including Save the Date, agenda, and follow-ups.
