Ogury in Barcelona is seeking a People and Culture Intern for 12 months to drive employer branding, internal communications, and employee engagement across 18 countries. Based in our Barcelona office, you will connect our people to our culture—from how we showcase our employer brand to how teams engage, grow, and get recognized.

Reporting to the Senior Director for Culture and Learning, you will manage internal communications, coordinate surveys, recognize values, and create toolkits that

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR/psychology/organizational development/communications or related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Interest in using AI tools to boost productivity and content creation.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Internship or campus leadership/coordination experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and schedule internal communications to inform 400+ Ogurians.
• Create content for employer branding and employee spotlights.
• Manage central culture channels and EVP repository.
• Coordinate global engagement surveys and analyze results.
• Track action plans and support managers in follow-through.
• Support performance cycles with communications and toolkits.
