Lodgify is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to drive a vibrant, empowering workplace culture. You will own onboarding, manager enablement, engagement surveys, and the setup of HR tools, influencing policy and practice across a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Based in Barcelona with remote flexibility, you will partner with managers and the People team to deliver a best-in-class employee experience, maintain Notion-based guides, and benchmark compensation to keep Lodgify competitive

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience.
• Experience with HR software (e.g., 15five) and Notion.
• Strong communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Analytical mindset with HR metrics and salary benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding programs and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Develop manager toolkits and self-serve resources.
• Administer engagement surveys and translate insights into actions.
• Oversee HR tools like 15five and Notion daily.
• Create internal Notion docs and People guides.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and maintain competitive insights.
• Maintain HR analytics dashboards.
