Syntax is seeking a Business Development Representative / Inside Sales (m/f/d) in Madrid. You will be the first contact for potential customers, aiming to set up meetings with the sales team and drive revenue growth.

The role requires native German, strong English and Spanish, and a background in IT/consulting B2B sales. You’ll handle inbound and outbound outreach, research accounts, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• Native German level required.
• High English and Spanish levels required.
• Sales experience in IT/consulting (B2B) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact with potential customers.
• Arrange meetings between prospects and the sales team.
• Qualify inbound leads and perform outbound outreach.
• Understand customer needs and map them to Syntax solutions.
• Prepare reports on calls and outcomes for management.
