Flourish in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our growing technology sales team. You will research German-speaking opportunities, initiate conversations via phone, email and LinkedIn, and qualify leads for Account Executives.

You'll build relationships, learn the business, and progress quickly in a target-driven environment with structured training and an international team culture.

Responsabilidades

• Research companies and identify decision makers across German-speaking markets.
• Use phone, email and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Understand business challenges and introduce relevant solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to create pipeline growth.
• Develop consultative sales skills and commercial awareness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
