Overview

IT Support Technician – Hybrid / Málaga – Permanent + Bonus & Benefits

A leading global technology firm is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to be the primary technical contact for their Málaga office. You’ll ensure seamless IT and AV operations while supporting a dynamic international team, helping employees stay productive and connected.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-person and remote IT support for the Málaga-based team.
  • Maintain device and system security, including antivirus solutions.
  • Administer and optimise mobile devices using MDM platforms.
  • Troubleshoot local network infrastructure (e.g., Unifi) and AV equipment (video conferencing, displays, sound systems).
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations on IT requirements.
  • Document common IT issues and contribute to improving IT support processes.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues in English and Spanish.
Essential Skills & Requirements
  • Mid-level IT support experience, ideally in a service desk environment with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across networks, devices, and AV systems.
  • Experience with network devices (Unifi), antivirus management, and mobile device management (MDM).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proactive, logical problem-solving skills and strong documentation ability.
  • Experience collaborating with HR / Operations on IT matters is desirable.
