Oesía Group is seeking an IT/OT Support Technician for the factory OT department in Valdepeñas. You will be the main liaison for IT support in production environments, ensuring proper incident management and lifecycle support for OT assets.

Requirements include ASIR Level II, Windows administration, and knowledge of industrial hardware and networks. The role is on-site with opportunities for career growth and continuous training.

Formación

• ASIR Level II required for system support in production environments.
• Experience in Windows administration and incident handling.
• Knowledge of industrial hardware, networks, and software maintenance.
• Ability to document inventories and follow IT/OT procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial triage of incidents from Production and resolve within scope.
• Coordinate with other teams for incidents requiring escalation.
• Manage backups of factory OT systems and perform restores.
• Keep inventory of factory IT assets up to date and mitigate obsolescence.
• Install and maintain OSes, apps, and tools used in industrial environments.
• Collaborate with Production Engineering on IT support tasks and deployments.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers as needed.
