Cross Border Talents is seeking an Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representative for our Barcelona-based team in Spain. You will be the first point of contact when issues arise, requiring patience and crisp communication to resolve inquiries efficiently.

Key duties include following up on open cases, supporting a collaborative team environment, and flagging recurring problems for upstream fixes. You will need to stay organized in a fast-moving, customer-facing role and be comfortable
