Hyde Hotel Ibiza is offering an internship through Hosco in Ibiza. You will support daily operations across hotel restaurants, assist with room service, and participate in food preparation and inventory management.

A strong interest in culinary arts, plus fluency in English and Spanish, is required. Accommodation is provided, and you will join an innovative and fast-growing international group with learning opportunities in budgeting, events, and guest experience.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus.
• Pursuing or recent graduate in Culinary Arts or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily operations across the hotel’s restaurants, ensuring service excellence.
• Support room service operations: taking orders, delivering meals, addressing guest requests.
• Participate in food preparation and coordination with kitchen staff for timely service.
• Learn menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and dietary accommodations.
• Assist in inventory management: stock, ordering, waste reduction.
• Collaborate with F&B admin to understand budgeting and revenue management.
