Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently finished a degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Interest in HR practices and labor laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and orientation for smooth transitions.
• Manage HR software to improve efficiency.
• Support health and safety initiatives to promote a safe workplace.
• Coordinate training and development programs for growth.

• Assist payroll, benefits, and compliance tasks.
• Foster a positive culture through engagement activities.
• Address employee relations and guidance to management.
• Contribute to internal communications for team updates.
