Carhartt WIP in Ibiza is seeking a detailed and organized Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. You will manage day-to-day accounting transactions, register invoices, and help ensure accurate financial records for the European arm.

Ideal candidates have a degree in finance or accounting, strong Excel skills, experience with bank reconciliations, and fluency in Spanish and English. This on-site role offers a collaborative environment and strict monthly closing deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree or formal training in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proven track record in accounting roles with full accounting cycle experience.
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with Spanish Accounting Standards (PGC).
• Organized, proactive, and able to meet monthly closing deadlines.
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

Responsabilités

• Register and record vendor and customer invoices.
• Manage bank reconciliations and treasury cash flow movements.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Monitor and record daily billing and invoicing operations.
• Assist with monthly and annual closing processes.
• Collaborate in gathering documentation for audits and maintain records.
