The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting/finance, strong MS Excel skills, and hands-on experience with the full accounting cycle, including PGc standards. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for collaboration in a multinational setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or professional training in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and full accounting cycle.
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations, invoicing, AP/AR.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with Spanish Accounting Standards (PGC).
• Organized, proactive and able to meet monthly closing deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; fluent in Spanish and English.

Aufgaben

• Register and record vendor and customer invoices, and day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Manage bank reconciliations and treasury cash flow movements.
• Perform accounts payable and reconciliations.
• Monitor daily billing and invoicing operations.
• Process corporate expenses and record them accurately.
• Reconcile general ledger with POS systems.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closes.
