Job summary

Medtronic Spain is seeking a CST Tender Specialist based in Madrid to coordinate end-to-end tender activities across Iberia, supporting Spain and Portugal with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance and Legal teams. You will develop portfolio knowledge and manage documentation, monitor deadlines, analyze outcomes and drive process improvements using templates, automation and AI in a hybrid office/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in tender, contracts, sales operations or equivalent administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end tender process across Iberia (Spain and Portugal).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and business leaders to plan tenders and select portfolio solutions.
• Prepare, review and manage technical, commercial and administrative documentation for submissions.
• Monitor opportunities, renewals and deadlines across Spain and Portugal; communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of the CST portfolio including configurations, clinical applications and services.
• Maintain tender intelligence and reporting on specifications, pricing, awards and market trends.
• Analyze tender outcomes to support future responses and decision-making.
• Improve tender-management processes via templates, automation and AI while ensuring oversight.
