Job summary

Medtronic in Spain is seeking a Market Development Specialist for Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services to expand the adoption of Insertable Cardiac Monitors in the Castilla y León region and surrounding territories. You will work with cardiologists, neurologists, and procurement teams to improve access and outcomes, traveling across the territory as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related).
Minimum of 5 years in sales within MedTech/pharma or nursing in related fields with interest in field-based role.
Clinical environment or medical technology sales experience.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Drive market development by expanding ICM use in clinics and centers across the territory.
Optimize patient pathways for Syncope and Cryptogenic Stroke and support centers of excellence.
Build relationships with KOLs and stakeholders across patient pathways.
Partner with sales, service, marketing, and reimbursement teams to develop materials and programs.
Develop and execute an annual regional market development plan with KPIs.
