Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Tender Specialist to support public tender management in Spain. You will identify opportunities, analyze specifications, and coordinate with Market Access, Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Service and Supply Chain to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

Your role requires strong knowledge of Spanish procurement processes, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Proven experience managing public tenders in Spain, ideally within healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish public procurement procedures and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review official procurement bulletins and electronic tender platforms daily to identify opportunities relevant to Dexcom Spain.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect inputs and approvals for submissions.
• Prepare and validate administrative, technical and economic documentation for tenders.
