  • · Identify customer needs and therapy-development opportunities, support account plans and progress opportunities through the appropriate internal systems.
  • · Train and educate healthcare professionals on patient pathways, product use, programming, procedural workflows and safe handling of Medtronic SCS and TDD technologies.
  • · Coordinate case coverage and customer activities with the wider territory team, ensuring timely preparation, follow-up and a consistently high level of service.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Engineering or another relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical exposure.
  • · This is a junior position. Previous experience in medical devices, hospital environments, clinical support, customer-facing roles or healthcare sales is valued but not essential; structured training will be provided.
  • · Strong interest in chronic pain management and motivation to learn SCS and TDD technologies, clinical workflows and programming concepts.
  • · Comfort working in hospital and Operating Room environments, or willingness to develop confidence in these settings through training and supervised field experience.
  • · Good communication, relationship-building and customer-service skills, with the ability and willingness to learn how to explain technical information clearly.
