GoodWe Europe is seeking a Solution Manager to join its Iberia regional team. You will support local distributors and installers, coordinate with HQ R&D and service, and drive training sessions to boost sales growth and customer loyalty.

The role emphasizes technical problem solving, cross-border collaboration, and a customer-focused mindset. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional European languages are a plus. You will engage with partners to deliver best-in-class service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or professional certification in electrical engineering or related field.
• Enthusiastic about technology and contributing to growth of GoodWe Europe.
• Passion for solving complex technical challenges.
• At least 3 years in technical roles, preferably in engineering.
• Enjoys cross-border collaboration with international teams and customers.
• Structured, results-oriented approach with customer service focus.
• Customer oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support training to internal team, distributors and key installers.
• Act according to service KPIs and processes with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Provide direct technical support to distributors and installers.
• Analyse C&I projects to offer the best solutions.
• Conduct customer training sessions, online and in-person.
• Collaborate with the regional team.
• Proactively enhance service processes and tools to boost satisfaction and efficiency.
