Aircall in Madrid is seeking an outstanding Solutions Engineer to join the Revenue team. You will drive technical value for Iberia with a secondary focus on the French market, designing and delivering solutions that meet customer needs from day one.

Operate at the nexus of Sales, Customer Relations, and Product, empowering teams with API know-how, integrations, and best practices, while building strong relationships and ensuring successful technical implementations.

Formación

• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks to integrate with client systems.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, Ruby) is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish, French, and English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deep technical knowledge of Aircall offerings, including APIs and integrations, and guide POCs.
• Discover technical requirements and map Aircall integrations with clients' existing tools.
• Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
• Address client objections and co-own deal strategy with internal teams.
• Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation and best practices.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure solutions meet client needs.
