GoodWe is seeking a Solution Manager Iberia (f/m/d) to join our technical team in Madrid, with hybrid office and remote options in Spain. You will support our local team, distributors, and installers, and help position GoodWe as a Tier 1 service provider in Iberia.

You will train internal staff and partners, provide direct technical assistance, analyze C&I projects, and collaborate across regions with service, R&D, and product teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in technical roles within an engineering environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Comfort working with international teams and customers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a structured, results-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Support the training of internal teams, distributors and key installers.
• Provide direct technical support to GoodWe distributors and installers.
• Analyse C&I projects to offer the best solutions.
• Conduct customer training sessions online and in-person.
• Collaborate with the regional team and HQ service/R&D.
• Proactively enhance service processes and tools to boost satisfaction.
