GoodWe in Spain is seeking a Solution Manager – Heat Pump to support the Iberia sales team, distributors, installers, and key customers across Spain and Portugal.

You will lead pre-sales, system design, training, commissioning support and troubleshooting, collaborating with HQ, R&D, product management, and service teams to tailor heat pump solutions and drive successful projects.

Travel within Spain and occasionally across Iberia is required; fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in heat pumps, HVAC, heating/cooling systems, renewable energy, or related technical fields.
  • Solid understanding of heat pump systems, HVAC applications, hydraulic systems, heating/cooling solutions, and system integration.
  • Experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, technical support, application engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience working with distributors, installers, EPCs, HVAC contractors, or other channel partners is highly preferred.
  • Ability to analyse project requirements and develop technically appropriate and commercially viable solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a hands‑on and customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable delivering technical training and presentations to customers and business partners.
  • Willingness to travel within Spain and occasionally across the Iberia region for customer visits, training, and project support.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide technical and solution support to the local sales team, distributors, HVAC installers, EPCs, and key customers.
  • Support the design and selection of heat pump solutions, including system configuration, capacity selection, hydraulic system integration, and application scenarios.
  • Analyse customer requirements, building characteristics, heating/cooling demand, and project conditions to recommend suitable heat pump solutions.
  • Provide technical support during the pre-sales, installation, commissioning, and after-sales stages of projects.
  • Support distributors and installers in troubleshooting technical issues and identifying appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams, distributors, installers, and key customers, both online and on-site.
  • Develop technical presentations, solution guidelines, application materials, and training content for the Iberia market.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and convert technical requirements into commercially viable solutions.
  • Support key projects and customer meetings, including on-site technical consultations when required.
  • Collaborate with headquarters’ R&D, product management, service, and technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide market feedback.
  • Collect and analyse customer and market feedback to support product improvements and localization of heat pump solutions.
  • Proactively improve technical support processes, tools, and documentation to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with developments in heat pump technology, HVAC systems, energy efficiency, electrification, and renewable energy integration.

Your Mission

As a Solution Manager – Heat Pump, you will be part of GoodWe’s technical team, supporting the local sales organization, distributors, installers, and key customers across the Iberia region.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales consultation and system design to product training, commissioning support, and technical troubleshooting.

You will work closely with distributors, HVAC installers, EPCs, and other key partners to develop suitable heat pump solutions and ensure the successful implementation of projects. You will also collaborate with GoodWe’s headquarters, R&D, product management, and service teams to continuously improve product solutions and customer experience.

Your contribution will be essential to strengthening GoodWe’s heat pump business and positioning the company as a reliable technology and solution partner in the Iberia market.

Your Main Responsibilities
