GoodWe Europe in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Solution Manager to join the technical team, supporting the Iberia region's local team, distributors, and installers. You will help drive sales growth and maintain customer loyalty by addressing technical challenges and building strong relationships with customers, service partners, and R&D.

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in electrical engineering, communication technology, or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; other European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Iberia and international collaboration is expected.
• Strong customer service mindset and structured, results-oriented approach.
• 3+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally in a technical/engineering environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support training to internal team, distributors and key installers.
• Provide direct technical support to GoodWe distributors and installers.
• Analyse C&I projects to offer the best solutions.
• Conduct customer training sessions, online and in-person.
• Collaborate with regional team and cross-border colleagues.
• Proactively enhance service processes and tools to boost customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
