Job summary

Bimeda is seeking a Commercial Head - Iberia to build and lead the Iberian strategy and organisation for Spain and Portugal. You will oversee a regional commercial team across animal health channels, shaping growth and strong partnerships.

The role requires proven leadership in the Spanish/Portuguese animal health markets, strategic capabilities, and deep market insight, including regulatory considerations and channel evolution. Based in Spain with travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of commercial teams within animal health sectors.
• Strong strategic planning and execution experience at regional level.
• Fluency in Spanish; working Portuguese and English beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Iberia commercial strategy and organisation.
• Develop high-value opportunities, launches and channel evolution.
• Oversee tenure with regulators, customer groups and partners.
• Negotiate contracts, rebates and terms with key accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Finance.
