CooperSurgical is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Spain Fertility solutions to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. You will engage customers via virtual sales channels and expand our presence across existing and new accounts.

Location preferred in Barcelona or Madrid, with a flexible hybrid working model. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar commercial role.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
