Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a results-driven Sales Leader for Iberia to manage end-to-end sales of Lift Trucks. You will build strong customer relationships, identify short- and long-term opportunities, and drive growth strategies across Spain and Portugal.

Travel to customer sites, trade shows, and regional conferences will be required. Fluency in English is essential to engage with international teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for all sales-related business activities of Konecranes Lift Trucks in Iberia from initial sales to final delivery.
• You will establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Use your market knowledge to secure short and long-term business opportunities.
• You will be responsible for business development, including preparing forecasts and managing sales and order reporting routines.
• You will also be active in implementing the Lift Trucks growth strategy for our Lift Trucks business and implementing action plans.
• You will represent Konecranes at trade shows and conferences.
