Job summary

nVent is seeking a Sales Manager Industrial to lead commercial operations across the Iberian market within the electrical and industrial automation sectors. The role focuses on executing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue and margin growth, and strengthening key wholesale and customer relationships across Iberia.

The position requires strong leadership, international experience, and a track record in industrial sales with a bias toward growth.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical engineering or industrial automation preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales, especially low-voltage sector, locally and internationally.
• Experience leading teams and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present views clearly and persuasively in a selling environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales deployment directions from the Cluster Manager are reflected in staffing of the sales company.
• Prepare a sales and margin budget, expense budget, or forecast.
• Ensure accurate price list and pricing procedures are implemented.
• Recruit, mentor, and coordinate the Sales team, collaborating with the Sales Support Manager.
• Build and implement a local Marketing and Sales Plan.
• Conduct joint customer visits to maintain relationships and supervise field staff.
• Lead wholesalers relationships, including agreements, bonuses, rebates and data management.
